Who you’ll work with:
The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that Deloitte operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
Work you’ll do:
The professional will work with the India colleagues and senior leaders across Global Operate. The professional will need to develop a working knowledge of Deloitte’s Operate business and strategic priorities to enable the development of Operate learning content and curriculum. The professional will identify learning opportunities and match appropriate learning techniques and modalities to various learning styles. The professional will demonstrate strong project management and systems thinking skills and interpret data and make recommendations to increase learning outcomes. The work to be performed is high-impact with high-visibility aligned to Deloitte and Operate leadership’s priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams, Businesses and Deloitte Firms to ensure coordination and alignment
Key responsibilities:
1. Learning campaigns: Create project and comms plans and collateral (with support from Global Operate Change & Communications), manage registration, track completion and analyze campaign outcomes
2. Communications: Create and maintain Operate Institute collateral and toolkits, create comms drafts for ad hoc requests, manage and maintain shared Operate Institute mailbox (send, respond, organize)
3. Team project management: Manage L&D team meeting schedule, lead Strategy & Operations production planning, maintain Learning Teams Channel, ad hoc operations projects as needed
4. Special event production: Create registration forms, manage invitee/nominee distribution list, send comms/invites, collaborate with internal webinar producers, create event show flows and communicate roles and responsibilities to support team and stakeholders, create and execute comms plans, manage registration and attendance reporting.
5. L&D relationship liaison: Serve as the primary relationship liaison for the GO L&D team, cultivating and maintaining relationships across Global Businesses, Industries, Growth Platforms, and Member Firms to increase awareness, participation, adoption, and shared ownership of the Operate Institute Identify, build and sustain relationships with L&D counterparts across Deloitte firms, Global Businesses, Industries, Growth Platforms to be included to the bi-monthly learning network call
Manage the Global Operate Learning Network meetings: define the content, produce the meeting, manage members list, register assistance, and design the Bulletin newsletter
Support Strategy & Ops leader in coordinating regular network member touchpoints to identify capability gaps, discuss learning needs, and identify opportunities to integrate Operate Institute initiatives
Support ad hoc L&D stakeholders need such as presentations, reports, communications, etc.
Demonstrate solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly co-ordinate/switch between different projects
Support operational needs of the team, including contributing to developing team resources, supporting more junior practitioners, and generally helping to grow a high-performing multi-geography team
Actively share best practices among Global and India team members
Develop and maintain working relationships with Global colleagues
Requisite core skills:
1. Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently and virtually with minimal guidance.
2. Strong attention to detail, responsive, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives. Ability to deal with ambiguity, and proactively address change in direction and friction points
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles
4. Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced virtual, international team environment with many competing priorities.
5. Consultative skills – ability to collaborate with clients/stakeholders on the assessment, design, development and delivery of innovative and effective learning and performance solutions that align with the strategic business needs of the organization
6. Experience collaborating with vendors (US and offshore) and managing vendor relationships
7. Strong verbal, written communication & presentation skills
8. Solid PC skills with expert proficiency in MS Office – specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
9. Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in Operate / managed services, innovation, sales processes, professional services leveraging delivery centers, learning and development

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working
independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
Work experience: Consultant: 3-6 years, with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience;
Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with professional services firms or corporate strategy
Location: Hyderabad
Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
