We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle both customer queries and product sales efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales orientation, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide detailed information about company products and services.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Record and update customer details accurately.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer care or tele sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
