Area Parts Manager – Service Network (CVBU)
Key responsibilities:
Manage commercial vehicle spare parts operations across the service network.
Improve parts availability and inventory management.
Coordinate with dealers and distributors.
Monitor parts sales and service performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.
Lead and develop dealer parts teams.
Typical qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Mechanical, Automobile, or related field preferred).
Experience in commercial vehicle parts, after-sales service, dealer network, or spare parts management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, dealer operations, SAP/ERP systems, and customer relationship management.
