Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software to support branding, marketing, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:Design & Creative Development
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials for campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms.
- Edit and retouch images as required.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual campaigns.
- Design presentations, infographics, and corporate communication materials.
- Support lead generation and promotional activities through creative designs.
Content & Media Management
- Create social media creatives, reels thumbnails, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate with content writers and digital marketing teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Manage design files and maintain an organized creative asset library.
Quality Assurance
- Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.
- Ensure all artwork meets printing and publishing specifications.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is preferred.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
- Work from office/remote as per company policy.
- May require occasional extended hours during campaign launches and events.
- Must maintain confidentiality of company design assets and marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹10,213.52 - ₹24,544.80 per month
