- Calendar & Meeting Management:Schedule appointments, manage executive calendars, and coordinate logistics for meetings.
- Communication:Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, filtering and directing information to the appropriate people.
- Travel & Itinerary:Arrange and book travel, accommodation, and transportation, and create detailed itineraries.
- Document & File Management:Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents; maintain confidential filing systems.
- Office Operations:Manage office supplies, ensure meeting rooms are presentable, and sometimes oversee basic reception duties.
- Executive Support:Provide high-level administrative support to ensure senior executives can focus on strategic priorities.
- Confidentiality:Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
