Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/emails (using tools like Microsoft Outlook)
- Assist in basic administrative and office tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Coordinate with other departments when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any qualification (12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree)
- Freshers can apply
- No prior experience required
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office tools like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred (Optional):
- Previous experience or internship in a front office role
- Familiarity with office administration tasks
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
