Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Lead Calling & Conversion: Make outreach calls to potential clients, explain product offerings, and support lead qualification and closures.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead updates, track interactions, and manage pipelines using Zoho CRM.
- Client Communication: Build strong rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Product Familiarity: Understand Acviss products deeply and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years (internship or previous sales/marketing experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; confident in speaking with clients and coordinating with teams.
- Sales Aptitude: Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and engaging prospects.
- Creativity & Initiative: Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for marketing content and outreach.
- Digital Awareness: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
- Self-Starter: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
