Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Accounts Excecutive will be responsible for managing vendor-related accounting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The primary focus will be on:
- Vendor Bill Accounting: Recording and managing vendor invoices with accurate stock details.
- TDS Deduction: Ensuring timely and correct deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on applicable payments.
- Stock Reconciliation: Performing regular reconciliation of stock records with purchase bills to maintain accuracy.
- Payments Processing: Handling vendor payments in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles.
Experience in managing Expense Reports and performing Journal Entries accurately.
Strong analytical skills for data review, reconciliation, and problem-solving.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- All-rounder in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting etc.
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada will be considered an added advantage.
