Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor to oversee daily factory floor operations, manage production activities, and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing process. The role requires strong supervision skills, production coordination, and quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor.
- Monitor workers, machine operators, and production staff.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Coordinate with Factory Manager, production, and store teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor material movement and proper utilization on the floor.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
- Handle workforce allocation and shift coordination.
- Identify and resolve production or operational issues quickly.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the factory floor.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of machines and tools.

Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Interior, or related field
- Minimum 2– 4years of experience in factory or production supervision
Preferred Experience
- Experience in modular furniture / interior production industry
- Knowledge of CNC, edge band, beam saw, or production machinery preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
