We are seeking a high-caliber, process-driven NX CAM Programmer to join our global manufacturing engineering division. In this role within a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC), Utilizing Siemens UG NX CAM, you will transform complex aerospace designs and exotic materials into precisely engineered parts that adhere to stringent aviation quality standards.
Educational Qualification
- Degree: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Diploma: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Profile
- 5 to 10 years of solid, proven experience as a NX CAM Programmer specifically working within an Aerospace, MRO, or Defense precision machining environment.
- High proficiency in Siemens UG NX CAM is mandatory.
- Strong programming familiarity with leading industry controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak.
Core Technical Skills
- Thorough understanding and practical application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) according to ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace inspection methods and tools (e.g., CMM reports, profile projectors).
- Familiarity with Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) workflows.
- Experience in problem-solving methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Key Aerospace Responsibilities
- Advanced Multi-Axis Programming: Develop complex, error-free CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis Milling, Turning, and Turn-Mill operations using Siemens UG NX CAM (specifically targeting aero-structures, landing gear, and aero-engine components).
- Exotic Material Machining: Define optimum cutting parameters, speeds, feeds, and tool paths tailored for challenging aerospace alloys including Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, and composite structures.
- Strict Aerospace Validation: Conduct exhaustive virtual machine simulations and collision checking using software like Vericut or NX Machine Tool Simulation to guarantee zero defect, zero collision floor execution.
Pay: Up to ₹1,282,149.88 per year
