Job Description
We are looking for an experienced LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications powered by Large Language Models. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating LLMs into production environments, developing AI-powered solutions, and optimizing model performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications.
Build AI assistants, chatbots, and knowledge retrieval systems.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Create and optimize prompts for different business use cases.
Fine-tune and evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs.
Integrate LLM APIs with web applications and enterprise systems.
Work with vector databases for semantic search.
Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
Optimize latency, scalability, and inference performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, or Gemini.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Experience implementing RAG architectures.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus.
Familiarity with embedding models.
Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Good understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts.
Preferred Skills
Fine-tuning using LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT.
Experience with model evaluation frameworks.
Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with MLOps tools.
Experience with monitoring and observability for AI applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
