Position Overview
Greentech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and drive nationwide sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in achieving aggressive business growth targets through channel sales, institutional sales, and strategic business development initiatives.
The Sales Head will be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring achievement of overall sales and revenue objectives across India.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
- Drive revenue generation and profitability across.
- Identify new market opportunities, business expansions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Prepare and implement annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Business Development & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Expand dealer and distributor networks across various regions.
- Lead institutional sales and project-based business opportunities.
- Conduct business meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/zonal sales teams across India.
- Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive productivity.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, training sessions, and market visits.
- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and performance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Share market insights and business recommendations with senior management.
- Generate MIS reports, sales analytics, pipeline tracking, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, production, and marketing teams for smooth business execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Furniture, Rugs & Carpets, Glass, Interior Products, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing Pan India sales operations and large sales teams.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors, and project clients.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
