- Identify and appoint new Sub-Dealers/Retail Partners under the Main Dealership network.
- Conduct regular market surveys to explore new business opportunities and expand dealer coverage.
- Visit prospective dealers, explain business opportunities, and onboard new partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing Sub-Dealers and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct regular visits to existing Sub-Dealers to monitor sales performance and address operational issues.
- Ensure availability of products and promotional materials at dealer outlets.
- Achieve monthly targets for new dealer appointments and sales growth.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth dealer management.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit activity updates to management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Dealer Development, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Channel Distribution preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
