Job Description
WanderNova is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Visa Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in tourist visa sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the visa application process while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries related to tourist visas.
Counsel clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Assist clients with visas for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen, and Asian countries.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Explain visa fees, processing timelines, and required documentation.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth visa processing.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Visa Sales or the Travel Industry.
Good knowledge of tourist visa documentation and processing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduation preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong customer handling and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
