About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Developer with hands-on experience in Odoo Community Edition. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications while working closely with functional consultants and business teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo Community modules.
- Create new modules and enhance existing functionalities as per business requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows within Odoo.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Support Odoo implementation, deployment, and migration activities.
- Optimize system performance and database operations.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Community Edition.
- Good understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and module development.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database.
- Experience with XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
- Basic knowledge of Linux server environments.
- Experience in Odoo customization, workflows, and security management.

Qualifications
