Job responsibilities
Develop and improve formulations for sports nutrition products.
Work on Creatine, Pre-Workout, EAA, BCAA and Protein Powder products.
Conduct laboratory trials and product testing.
Perform stability and shelf-life studies.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for scale-up trials.
Prepare technical documentation and product specifications.
Research new ingredients and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and quality standards.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years in R&D/NPD.
Experience in Sports Nutrition or Nutraceutical products.
Knowledge of formulation development and ingredient functionality.
