About Dora Dori
Dora Dori is a premium women's fashion brand specializing in contemporary ethnic and fusion wear. We are looking for an experienced Line Master to oversee garment production, ensure smooth line operations, and achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete stitching line and ensure smooth production flow.
- Allocate work to machine operators based on their skills and efficiency.
- Achieve daily production targets while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and operator performance.
- Coordinate with the Cutting, Merchandising, Quality, and Finishing teams.
- Ensure garments are stitched according to approved specifications and quality standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Train and guide sewing operators on production methods and quality requirements.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance when required.
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) to avoid production delays.
- Maintain production reports, line efficiency reports, and daily output records.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and company policies.
Requirements
- 01–05 years of experience as a Line Master in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Experience in women's ethnic wear, kurtas, co-ord sets, dresses, and tunics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing operations and garment construction.
- Ability to manage production teams and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and quality control.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in export houses or fashion brands.
- Knowledge of line balancing and production planning.
- Ability to train operators and improve line efficiency.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
