Conduct product and sales training sessions for bank/NBFC employees and relationship managers.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Develop customized story lines based on partner requirements.
- Train sales teams on objection handling, need-based selling, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with partner banks/NBFCs to identify training needs.
- Support the onboarding of new sales teams and ensure seamless integration into the insurance sales process.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business performance analysis.
- Share training reports, participation records, and feedback with internal teams.
- Educate partner sales teams on documentation, policy issuance, and claim settlement processes.
