We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Coordinator to manage customer interactions, coordinate site visits, and ensure seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer queries and follow-ups
✔ Coordinate with sales, projects, and customers
✔ Maintain CRM records and customer databases
✔ Schedule meetings, site visits, and documentation
✔ Track customer requests and provide timely updates
✔ Prepare reports and MIS as required
Requirements:
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ 1–3 years of experience in CRM/Customer Support/Coordination
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
✔ Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable riding a two- wheeler for customer/site visit coordination
