· Oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
· Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and pharmacy laws.
· Maintain inventory levels, including ordering, restocking, and controlling the shelf life of medications.
· Ensure that prescriptions are accurately dispensed and patients are counseled on the proper use of medications.
· Handle patient queries and resolve any issues related to prescriptions or pharmaceutical care.
· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety standards of the pharmacy.
Wholesale Business Operations:
· Manage the wholesale business operations, including purchasing, stock management, and order fulfillment.
· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and healthcare providers to ensure smooth and timely supply chain management.
· Oversee the procurement and distribution of medications, ensuring quality and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
· Negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchases while maintaining product quality.
· Ensure timely deliveries of wholesale orders to hospitals, clinics, and other clients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
