About the Role
We are looking for energetic and driven Pre-Sales Associates to manage and convert in bound leads. You will engage with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understand their needs, and drive them to visit our state-of-the-art Experience Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, chat, and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting ourExperience Centers.
- Convert potential customers into store visits and pass qualified leads toSales/Retail teams.
- Achieve a monthly target of 80–100 customer visits to our Bangalore &Hyderabad Experience Centers.
- Maintain updated and accurate lead information on CRM.
- Work closely with Sales & Retail teams for seamless lead handover and conversion.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and guide them effectively.
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
