Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2C Sales Manager for fitness equipment sales across India. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth sales operations.
Candidate must have prior experience in the Fitness Equipment Industry. Applications from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving B2C sales targets and driving business growth
- Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Handling fitness/gym equipment sales across India
- Improving customer sales and post-sales satisfaction scores
- Coordinating with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely client deliverables
- Regularly reporting to senior management regarding stock levels, customer issues, and operational bottlenecks
- Coordinating with the Marketing team for lead generation activities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing solution-oriented support
- Ensuring timely and accurate daily MIS reporting from the sales team
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing improvement strategies
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2C sales management
- Mandatory experience in Fitness Equipment Industry
- Strong knowledge of gym and fitness equipment sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred
