Qualification

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for sales.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's IT services, Digital Marketing solutions, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, ERP & CRM Software, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, Cyber Security, and other technology services to clients across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, social media, business directories, and online portals.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Maintain lead records in CRM software.
2. Client Acquisition
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Present suitable IT solutions based on client needs.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Build long-term business relationships.
3. Sales Activities
- Conduct product presentations and company demonstrations.
- Prepare customized business proposals.
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates.
- Explain project timelines and deliverables.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls.

- Maintain customer feedback records.
7. Market Research
- Analyze competitors and their services.
