Position: Admin Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office
- Maintain office records, files, and documents properly
- Coordinate with employees and departments for administrative support
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate for procurement
- Handle courier, vendor, and facility management activities
- Support in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Ensure timely updates in company portals and trackers
- Assist HR and Accounts team in routine coordination activities
- Maintain proper office discipline and smooth operations
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills. Min Exp - 2 years
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow timelines
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Pay: ₹18,528.84 - ₹30,072.60 per month
