This one sits at the intersection: you’ll learn how industrial companies actually run, sit across from senior client stakeholders, and shape the dashboards that founders and CFOs make decisions on. It opens into either a deeper analytics path or a client-facing one as you grow.
What you’ll do
- Translate client finance, sales and ops metrics into dashboard and report requirements.
- Help design finance / CEO dashboards — define the KPIs, calculations and logic.
- Support process-mapping engagements: document client SOPs and workflows.
- Be the accuracy check — validate that what the dashboard shows is financially correct.
- Build financial models, analyses and client-ready materials.
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years, or strong internship work — BBA, B.Com, finance or accounting.
- Solid grasp of accounting and business fundamentals — financial statements, unit economics.
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills and comfort with data.
- Clear written and verbal communication — you’ll be client-facing.
- Bonus: BI / dashboarding tools, SQL, or process documentation.
