We are looking for skilled and experienced Conventional Lathe Machine Operators to join our production team.
Position Overview
The Conventional Lathe Machine Operator will be responsible for operating manual lathe machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe machines.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, grooving, and taper turning operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of machined components.
- Maintain machines and follow safety procedures.
- Meet daily production targets.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Required:
- ITI – Turner/Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Conventional Lathe Machine Operator.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
