We are looking for a Assistant – IT to support the day-to-day IT operations of our seafood manufacturing facility at Ezhupunna (Cherthala Municipality)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for ERP users and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support ERP activities including user management, troubleshooting, and report assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Maintain LAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Perform system updates, antivirus management, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist users across departments including Production, Stores, Finance, HR, and Quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
- Exposure to ERP support is essential.
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food processing industries will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Work Location: Eramallur (Cherthala )
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
