The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that ladies wear garments meet company and buyer quality standards through in-line, end-line, and final inspections. The role involves monitoring production quality, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions to achieve quality objectives.

Conduct in-line, end-line, and final garment inspections.

Monitor garment quality throughout the production process.

Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Verify measurements, workmanship, appearance, and packing quality.

Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with production teams to reduce defects and rework.

Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain records.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Support quality audits and buyer inspections.

Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.

Strong knowledge of ladies wear garment quality standards.

Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures.

Understanding of garment construction, measurements, and workmanship.

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
