Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking outstanding payments, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate payment records.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge of AR processes, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
