We are looking for freshers and experienced innovative trainer who can train students in servicing Mobile, Laptop, CCTv and Tv Motherboards with Good Communication Skills and Hand skills in handling Soldering and Hot air Blowers (SMD Rework).
Responsibilities: ❖ Deliver the training content provided by ICFix Services
❖ Train the students with patience and dedication
❖ Assist to Senior Trainer in taking classes and planning the academic curriculum
❖ Continuously develop the innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive
❖ Monitor Students attendance and undertake mid-way performance reviews that assess the student’s progress in their academics and training
❖ Build strong and trusted relationships with students
❖ Act as a role model in demonstrating and training behaviour that motivates students to be a successful person in their chosen field.
Requirements:
❖ Flexible to relocate
❖ Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally when required
❖ Basic Computer Knowledge and Microsoft Office Applications
❖ Excellent communicator and trainer who can lead structured training sessions and ensure that training outcomes are delivered and achieved
❖ Follow standard operating processes correctly and working consistently
❖ Well organised working style with excellent time management skills
❖ Training session planning & design
❖ Applying the core knowledge and experience in relevant to local context
❖ Evaluating & creating evaluation processes and updating training methods
❖ Creating and managing training timetables and schedules.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
