Position : AI Implementation Executive
Reports to : Lead – Digital Transformation
Location : Mumbai
Years of Experience : 2 years of Experience. Accepting Freshers for this role.
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field with a strong interest in emerging technology
Prefered Qualification :Course or certification done in AI would be preferred
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory) :
- AI tools such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or Make.com
- Generative AI, Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering, chatbots
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred) : OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI models
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of workflows in Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics to pinpoint manual bottlenecks ripe for AI intervention
Research and evaluate AI tools (SaaS platforms, LLM-based agents, and automation suites) to determine technical fit and ROI
- Work hands-on with departmental teams to integrate AI tools into their existing processes, ensuring minimal disruption
- Create user manuals and lead internal workshops to ensure teams are comfortable and proficient with new AI-enhanced workflows
- Monitor tool performance and user feedback, reporting key efficiency metrics to the Head – Digital Transformation

- Automation Tools: Basic understanding of No-Code/Low-Code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or Make.com)
