- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities of various wards and units.
- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing nursing staff and departmental operations.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters and manpower deployment.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital policies.
- Conduct orientation and training programs for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care standards and infection control practices.
- Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.
- Address staff grievances and coordinate with other departments.
Pay: ₹20,084.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
