Arteva Infratech is a dynamic real estate company focused on delivering premium residential, commercial, and investment property solutions. We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
Job Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property-buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and investors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Experience in Real -Estate is preffered
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
