About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and performance-driven Social Media Executive who understands digital trends, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and running Meta Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Research current social media trends, viral content ideas, and audience behavior
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for performance and lead generation
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and campaigns
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Creative thinking and good communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and growth-focused strategies
- Basic understanding of analytics and audience targeting

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,773.02 per month
