- Study market trends & top podcasts
- Create our podcast differentiator:
- Strong conversation themes
- Deep, engaging questions, content flow,
- Story Hunting (Core Skill)
- Find powerful stories that are:
- Relatable, Emotional, Insightful
- Focus on stories that can grab attention & stay with audience
- Podcast Breakdown & Repurposing
- Watch podcasts and identify key moments
- Suggest: Reel-worthy clips, Highlight segments
- Work with editors for final output
- Market & Audience Awareness
- Stay updated with: Podcast trends, Viral formats, Top creators
- Understand: What audience connects with, What makes content engaging
Skills Required
- Strong research & thinking ability
- Good understanding of content & audience psychology
- Can identify strong stories & angles
- Writes simple, clear Hinglish/English
Experience
- 2-4 years preferred
- Strong fresher can apply
