Must Have Skills:
Strong understanding of financial statements, statutory compliance, and tax basics
- End-to-end knowledge of Record to Report processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, statutory compliance, and tax basics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow systems
- Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger accounting and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries for accruals, deferrals, and adjustments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Support financial reporting and assist in trial balance review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to SLA/KPI targets.
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
