Hiring: Production Supervisor
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (Take Home)
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer preferred / Graduate with IIP Certification
Experience: 5–10 years in Printing & Packaging Industry, including 2–3 years in a Production Manager/Supervisor role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 executives and 60–70 production workers.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and productivity are achieved.
- Monitor production planning and inventory management.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise production shifts and workforce allocation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and shop floor discipline.
- Maintain compliance with production systems and SOPs.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle external quality audits with the team.
- Monitor machine operations and optimize workstation productivity.
