About the Role:
We're looking for a confident and articulate Cold Calling Executive to join our B2B software sales team and drive outbound outreach across India and international markets (US, UK, Canada, UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to B2B software prospects from publicly sourced data
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in Zoho CRM
- Hit weekly call volume and qualified-lead targets
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
- Prior experience cold calling for B2B SaaS / software products strongly preferred
- Experience with international markets (US/UK/Canada) is a big plus
- Comfortable working across time zones (evening/night shifts for US calling)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and call dialers
- Resilient, target-driven, and coachable
