We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Furniture Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands furniture trends, and excels in team leadership and client relationship management.

Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide personalized consultation to customers on furniture selection and interior styling
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including high-value customers
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in retail management (furniture, home décor, or luxury retail preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
