- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure rooms and VIP amenities are prepared according to standards.
- Complaint Resolution: Listen to guest concerns, take immediate action to resolve issues, and ensure follow-up until the guest is fully satisfied.
- Concierge Duties: Provide detailed information about the hotel's Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets, spa/gym timings, and local tourist attractions.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Guest Feedback: Gather and analyze guest reviews and feedback to suggest service improvements
