JOB DESCRIPTION – MOTHER TEACHER
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and nurture young children in a safe, caring, and positive environment.
- Plan age-appropriate activities for learning and overall development.
- Develop children’s communication, social, emotional, and basic academic skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor students’ progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Encourage good habits, creativity, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Participate in school events, activities, and meetings.
Qualification:
Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECE or equivalent.
Skills:
Patience, creativity, communication skills, child-friendly approach, classroom management, and nurturing attitude.
Experience:
Relevant experience with young children preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
