About the Role
The Genius Squad is looking for passionate and skilled Freelance English Tutors to teach students from the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in online teaching or tutoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online English classes for international students.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and conversational English.
- Customize lessons according to students’ learning needs and levels.
- Help students improve speaking confidence and communication skills.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain professionalism and class discipline during sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in English teaching, tutoring, or ESL training preferred.
- Comfortable working in USA & Canada night shifts.
- Strong internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or online teaching platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field is a plus.

Working Hours

Compensation
