Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Reels department operations
- Take client requirements over calls/WhatsApp and brief editors clearly
- Coordinate with video editors for timely reel creation and revisions
- Handle client social media accounts on Instagram/Facebook
- Upload reels and designs with proper captions, hashtags, and basic keywords
- Plan posting schedules and ensure regular content flow
- Follow up with editors and clients for approvals
- Maintain content calendar and basic reporting of uploads
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed for each client
- Track reel performance and suggest basic improvements
- Handle minor client queries related to reels and posts
- Coordinate with the design team when required
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram reels and trends
- Organized and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
