Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities at assigned sites
· Allocate duties and monitor staff performance
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
· Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and company policies
· Maintain attendance, shift scheduling, and workforce planning
· Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
· Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
· Address client feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
· Prepare daily/weekly performance and site reports for management
Requirements
· Minimum education: Diploma/BHMCT/Graduation preferred
· 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred
· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
· Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure
· Physically fit and well-groomed
