As a Design Engineer specializing in SolidWorks, you will be responsible for creating, modifying and analyzing 3D models and 2D drawings for a variety of Furniture Products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications, support manufacturing processes, and adhere to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using solidworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Perform design validation and verification through simulations and analysis.
- Preparing cutting list and other required drawings for production.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support manufacturing teams with design related issues and improvements.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Design Engineer.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of principles and practices.
- Experience with design validation and verification processes.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
