Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Visa Counsellor to guide clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, visitor visas, work permits, and immigration services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding overseas education, PR, visitor visa, and work permit services.
- Handle client queries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain visa process, documentation, eligibility, and requirements to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Convert leads into successful admissions or visa applications.
- Coordinate with documentation and filing departments.
- Maintain proper client records and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and counselling skills
- Knowledge of study visas and immigration process
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team handling and client management skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
