Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in business analysis, software development, and digital transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with senior Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and clients to understand business requirements and help deliver successful software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Assist in preparing workflows, process diagrams, wireframes, and use cases.
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders.
- Help prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Perform market and competitor research when required.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating implemented features.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of business process analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Draw.io.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications is a plus.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Any Stream), BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
