Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer, based in Bangalore to support our Laundry Equipment (LE) and Kitchen Equipment (KE) business operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential 4- and 5-star hotel clients as per a weekly planner approved by the reporting manager.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customers in the hospitality industry.
- Possess sound technical and commercial knowledge of LE & KE products and demonstrate strong command over the end-to-end sales process.
- Focus on driving business for spare parts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and consumables related to hotel projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the division.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering or Diploma holder (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
- 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the hospitality equipment sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
