RMO (Residential Medical Officer ) in the Paediatrics Department for Park Sonoscan Clinic situated at 4, Gorky Terrace , Kolkata-17
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Provide comprehensive medical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
- Assess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under the supervision of pediatric consultants.
- Monitor patients’ clinical condition and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Manage pediatric and neonatal emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assist consultants in patient management and pediatric procedures.
- Perform routine clinical procedures as per training and hospital policy.
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding treatment, immunization, nutrition, growth, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in ward rounds, rotational shifts, night duties, and on-call responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Contribute to clinical audits, continuous medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification : MBBS degree
Required Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.
