Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and monitor shift rosters to ensure smooth operations.
Handle contract labour onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
Monitor contract labour attendance, deployment, and compliance.
Coordinate contract management, renewals, and vendor documentation.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, shifts, and manpower.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Support day-to-day plant HR activities and employee coordination.
Note:
Candidate must be comfortable working in a chicken company and plant environment.
Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
